I finally got through on the iPad this morning, been in the waiting room 170,000 since the roll-out.
If you’ve tried to set up different accounts and your ph number is the issue. Your number is associated with the original account info. Try using original log in info.
That’s the thing, never logged in, never could create an account..so I have nothing to log in to
