Here is what I did - hope it helps:

Over a month ago, I downloaded TS app and set up my account. I provided an email address and a password. I also think I had to give them a phone number at that time.

However, the email and the password were all I needed to log on.

I logged on and off many times over the last month, using the email address and the password. All I ever got was the same message telling me I was successful but my wait number was #592,472 (or something close to that).

Then, the other day, I heard that they had migrated their data to Rumble and that had sped up their process hugely. So, I figured I’d log on and see if there was any change in my waitlist. Again, just the email and the password.

This time, I got a different message. It said my account was ready and it asked for a phone number. I entered the same number I had given them a month and a half ago. I then received a text at that number with a verification code, which I copied and pasted into the TS app. I was then finally let into TS for the first time.

So… is it possible you gave them a different phone number when you first set up the app?

Nope only gave one cell phone number..in fact when attempting to set up it never did ask for my cell phone number, only after I got the email which I clicked which said I am verified did it ask for a cell phone number..in fact I didnt even create a user name for it yet, did not ask for one just wanted me to create a password
