It’s the “equipment” that should determine this situation. If the individual (I would say “individual” or “person”, not man, male, woman, lady, female) has a penis, then the individual uses this bathroom. If the individual has a vagina, that individual would use the other bathroom.
It is ridiculous that this has to be spelled out for supposed adults. I should say, those of legal age but who appear to be mentally arrested...
