Unfortunately, I can do no better than you or ransomnote.
You’re the one who, without medical credentials of any note, diagnosed a patient who’ve you’ve never seen (often considered medical malpractice), and determined the cause of death as the vaccine even though medical professionals claimed the vaccine didn’t cause his heart attack. (BTW, the mad had high blood pressure and atherosclerosis often associated with hear attacks.)

It should be obvious that you believe all deaths must be caused by the vaccine and therefore, without the vaccines there would be no deaths, anywhere, anytime, from any cause. That’s a conclusion worthy of first place.
