Should we be appalled you didn't help her, earlier, as she was following (very, very poorly) the protocol you were pushing?

Ethical offense you may take is still not a reason to personally attack someone.
I’m not personally attacking him. I take issue with his fake, potentially dangerous medical advice and his apparent insistence that he be afforded all the trust and a respect a reputable doctor has, without actually demonstrating even a week’s worth of first aid classes. He doesn’t know the medical history of the people to whom he dispenses medical advice to on FR anonymously. When/if he’s wrong, he escapes all liability a legitimate doctor would incur.
