You’re kidding. Who cares what the skin color of the ballerina playing Klara is?!? Denying a young girl the chance to play the role because of her race?? That’s insane. Skin color doesn’t affect the story at all.
I usually don’t waste my time replying to posts of this sort but I shall do so for other readers on this threat. As I said which you obviously did not grasp, the story is BASED IN 18th/19th century Germany and thus one wants to evoke the period and its customs and zeitgeist. Do you get that? I didn’t think so.
