Most of them have very limited power.
Personally, I hate seeing people who are working long hours in sad jobs getting savaged by “disgruntled customers” when all they want to do is make some money and go home and feed their kids.
Maybe it’s different where you are but I see people [generally the usual suspects] treating service personnel like trash.
I hate that.
I agree especially when the employee is trying which does happen sometimes. Why do you suppose that the benefit of the doubt here on FR usually goes to the employee. I usually hear both sides and shrug it off if it seems either side could be right and neither is completely forthright.
