That’s what a friend and I were talking about yesterday. Once the county is back in charge of policing, we fully expect to see a rise in crime, not because there will be more crimes committed, but because the crimes committed will become known to the public and not covered up. The best possible outcome will be that the criminals (pedophiles) stop committing the crimes for fear of real consequences. Some won’t be able to help themselves though after years of freedom from prosecution.
