Do you see how the horseless carriages were whipping in and out of lanes of travel? The problem is that the human body was not meant to travel at those kinds of speeds. It is dangerous!

No, it’s sound effects added by the person who posted the video. The movie industry was still in its infancy in 1906, and talking pictures were still about 20 years in the future.
