The cruiser “Moskva” of the Black Sea Fleet was seriously damaged as a result of the detonation of ammunition that occurred as a result of a fire, the crew was evacuated. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Ammunition" = Ukraine Neptune anti-ship missiles.

"The crew was completely evacuated" = Likely complete loss.

Well done by the Uke missileers. I'd say an Admiral is about to get sacked or worse.

I certainly agree with that. If I still had kids approaching their age for military service I’d sure try to discourage Navy service. In a major war with a PEER adversary our larger ships could well be sitting ducks.
