They (noted in a recent posting) were essentially declaring a “force majeur” (sp?) on themselves from some new crew scheduling method they cooked up. Seems like it should be broken up and sold… (not nationalized! God forbid that, it would be freight AMTRAK)

Really makes me wonder why these rail companies are screwing up deliveries. Someone paying them to do this?
