Pfizer's big Collegeville research campus is, in fact, on the market.

I remember when Lucent and other AT&T spinoffs (along with Fort Monmouth) closed their facilities in Monmouth County, NJ. Area went into recession about two years before the rest of the country.

This can't be good for Montgomery County, Pa.
