It looks pretty clear that Q is saying “more import than the question “is Sather talking to WaPo a good thing?” is “why is the WaPo attacking Q?”
And Q’s statement “ Use caution - high follower count targeting to direct ‘deep in narrative’ mob as method to remove.” is more a warning that Q followers having a high follower count may result in their accounts being removed by twitter etc.
In fact, considering this for a while, that seems quite clearly what Q was saying.
