“I dont understand the W poll..is he joking or is there some reason to call it titter”
Titter is defined as a short suppressed laugh.I think it is the whimsical part of Elon coming out in expressing that twitter is not a serious platform. After all, how many serious thoughts can one express in 280 characters? Elon has tendency to boil things down to get at the heart of the matter.
Every 6 months or so I look at Twitter and reconfirm my initial conclusion that there is nothing there.
