No one goes onto new SM sites especially if one has been kicked off the old.
Not gonna disagree.
You might be amused by this though — I was once working on a project, on the government side, and a company that was contracted to do a chunk of the work was planning to go into a major test event the following week. Then the company called up and said that they wouldn’t be able to make the deadline. They had to push the testing event “to the right”.
How much “to the right”?
6 months.
Like, they just discovered this little problem about 5 days before the event.
What did the government do? They made noise, then shrugged it off, and paid them more money to try and move “to the right” maybe only 5 months.
“I was in the computer business for over four decades and know how deadlines slip, but when you go on the record for a delivery date, it doesn’t matter why, it only matters that you promised and didn’t deliver.”

TS is a perfect example of how politicians do things. Instead of making ridiculous statements about twitter and claims about TS, Nunes acting the politician should get out there and give a real update on what in the bloody h*ll is going on, when are they going to start admitting iOS users, when are they going to release Android and/or web applications and when will the platform become functional?
We. I mean Trump supporters and conservatives already look like fools over this fiasco, now we are whatever you look like when you break new horizons in foolishness.
can you link me to trump promising that? it’s never been out of beta and it’s only for apple users in the US. They have every single entity working against them, UNLIKE every other tech company you have ever been involved with. No other company has had the headwinds that Trump has had to get this up and running. Further, there has NEVER been another tech company that’s had the kind of sign ups right out of the gate. Never. Twit took close to 2 years to get 1m users and every entity they depended on was on their side. TMTG can’t even use the app stores because they’ll be cancelled. They can’t use Amazon’s servers because they’ll be cancelled. I could go on and on.
I can honestly tell you the arrogance that comes out of some of the “conservatives” on FR is appalling. Really frickin sad.
Hopefully Truth Social will NOT take over Twitter. I’m 1,000,000 plus in the Social waitlist. Wouldn’t want them to screw up Twitter more than it now is.
Musk has zero authority. He needs a consensus of many others to gain any authority.
Trump hasn’t posted jack there for a long time. Most of the reason why I decided to try it was because of that. I’m in, took a while, but I can get the same content on YouTube, Rumble and OANN.
Tell that to Devin Nunes
“Wow.....whose in the IT implementation team for this.....laurel and hardy??”

“Devin Nunes”
Let us know when Nunes is on the board or has some authority.
Oh I’m sorry, misunderstanding. If you listen or read the interview on FOX in the OP then you would know what I was referring to.
I went back and researched and could only put Nunes on the hook and a semi-promise from Don Jr. but not President Trump.
Sorry.
I think you need to put this in perspective. First, almost all tech projects get delayed. Heck, almost ALL projects in general get delayed. Look at what’s happening in construction right now. Delayed months and months for myriad reasons.
But, back to TS. They cannot utilize any of big tech’s servers or app stores. They can hardly find techs as they’re mostly libs. Now, couple this with the fact that the demand for this site is off the charts. It is stunning to see the sign up numbers, especially compared to every other platform. It took like 8 months for FB to get 1m. TS did it in a month.
They have to build the entire platform from scratch. Then they have to run a parallel track with Rumble (their server/video provider) to make sure they are ready and prepared when the entire platform opens. Imagine when they go to android and they go worldwide. There will be billions signing up. I would MUCH rather they take a slow roll to get it right than rush to open it and it crashes.
If you’re really pro liberty, establish your patience. It will be worth it.
If you take some time from your busy schedule and look at the 3 or 4 articles on Fox Business today Nunes admitted that they don’t have an Android app and that the priority is to onboard the IOS users currently on the waitlist. He gives no time schedule, not even a hint.
While I’m one of several here that are critical of the way TS is being run I have always expected that it would eventually get sorted out. After listening to Nunes today and his convoluted statements I’m beginning to think Donald Trump might see it is in his best interests to either give up on the thing or start all over from the beginning.
Personally I think the project should be put on hold, take the pressure off everyone, redesign and redeploy when it is ready. Regardless, my crystal ball is telling me labor day or there abouts for apple, android, web.
Exactly right. It looks like TS is using pre-packaged software anyway so it’s not starting from scratch at all. They just seem to have bad people or not enough people doing things.
If, as you claim, there will be billions signing up, it will crash in any event.
This is another series of excuses about a late delivery and since I don't use social media, I really don't give a fat rat's ass, but it is Trump's project.
no web access either..
did that not learn what google and apple did to parlar when they booted them from the app stores?
Trump picked the wrong people to do this.
“Trump picked the wrong people to do this”
I love me some DJT but I’m afraid that may be his Achilles heel......he’s picked the wrong people to do several things IMO.
