What Constitution? You mean the one that says a President must be a natural-born USA citizen? That “Constitution” doesn’t apply to Obama.
No. Full stop.
Obozo has already served two terms. He really wasn’t eligible then, and he certainly isn’t eligible now.
The chances of Biden passing away in office are extremely low. He has literally the finest medical care available on the planet. People say “oh he won’t finish his term” as if it’s the simplest thing. But if your entire argument depends on him not finishing his first term, you can’t gloss over the fact that it’s extremely rare for a President to not finish a term.
Possibly, but if they have to prop his dead body up by the jukebox so to speak to keep him in there they will before they remove him.
They know both him and Kamala are DOA for 2024... so they have to figure out a way to have someone else on the ticket in 2 years, so if they do decide to remove him, they need someone besides Kamala for 2024.
Nope. He had his two terms. They would have to change the Constitution first.
Unfortunately the 25th amendment isn’t as clear on this as you seem to think. Because the speaker of the house ascending to the presidency this way isn’t elected to the presidency
If the Deep State wants somebody to have third term, they’ll find a way to make it happen.
20% of US presidents failed to finish their term in office.
I don’t think 205 is “extremely rare”.
I also think Biden is quite a special case.
Have we ever had a president this mentally impaired.
I don’t think so.
President Biden is also the oldest man ever to have been President. Biden is the only president to have turned 79 while in office.
Biden is twenty four years older than the average age for starting presidents of the USA.
So we should expect his odds of not completing his term are much higher than the typical 20%
No! He won’t. He’s acting president now.
Oh come on. Haha. You’re counting President’s who have been assassinated or resigned as part of your number. Biden will neither be killed nor will he resign. The chances of him not finishing his first term in office are practically zero.
This could happen.
When your only goal is power, nothing will stand in your way.
Any thing is possible. The Constitution is merely a speed bump to the dems.
Maybe, maybe not: The Presidential Succession Act, 3 U.S.C §19(a)(1) provides, "if, by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify, there is neither a President nor Vice President to discharge the powers and duties of the office of President, then the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, upon his resignation as Speaker and as Representative in Congress, act as President." (Emphasis added.)
This provision implies that to qualify as the successor to the presidency, the Speaker must be an elected representative in Congress as opposed to an unelected appointee from outside Congress. Thus, if Obama is appointed speaker, the next in line after the VP, may not be Obama, but the President pro tempore of the Senate, who is Pat Leahy at 82 years old.
Yes, thought all along with Hillary coming out again that she will step into being Vice President; then President.
Mooch would NEVER give up her life of luxury to work. Pelosi would NEVER give up he revenue stream, she knows where the real power is. So who does that leave the democrats with? Biden and Harris. At least until the midterm winners are sworm in. But Biden isn’t going anywhere. They will mummify and animate his rotting corpse to keep him full term. And even his second.
Patriots?...good luck.
He can’t be elected again butt he can be selected for two more years only.🤔
That’s what we have now.🙄
Of course Obama is eligible to become President, AS LONG AS he doesn’t get there by being elected.
