I like the sausage/würst on a tortilla, with cheese, yellow mustard, kraut, dill plank, A few capers maybe, fried, raw or carmelized onions

I like my würst boiled hard, then charred.

Roll it up... make sure you have a generously sized tortilla, sizzle it to infuse.... veggies perhaps, it all yours.
