After a long search, I found Dietz and Watson natural casing dogs. Man they are GOOD. They have that [snap!] when you bite them.
Dietz and Watson stuff is awesome but these days it’s priced unbelievably high, at least around here. All the lunch meats are double digit $$/pound.
Deitz and Watson are great. Made in Philly. Another PA hotdog from a smaller manufacturer that’s worth trying is Hippys… big meaty dogs with a great flavor.
