All platforms were supposed to be ready by March 31. Even the Apple platform is not completely ready. There are no new rollout dates for Samsung or desktops. Two key players have left.

What happened?

My impression is that the people who sold the Truth Social concept to Trump in January 2021 came up with an implementation plan where the schedule was so aggressive as to be unrealistic. They're paying the price for that now.

The fact that Adams and Boozer are out indicates a rift between management and developers.

I retired from decades in Information Technology and had my share of project management. I've had my hand slapped more than once.

Clausewitz said that no battle plan survives first contact with the enemy. I've come to the conclusion that no project plan survives first contact with reality.

And, yes. I appreciated the book. It helped me better understand what I thought I had read.
