The book “The Case Against Sugar” points out the rise of obesity and diabetes followed the introduction of low cost sugar from the Middle East and especially after the development of the huge cane sugar plantations in the West Indies manned by African Slaves.

Look at the increase in diabetes and cancer after people started using seed oils.

Some seed oils are more than 50% omega 6 fats.

Most foods are less than 5% omega 6 fats.
