If you think you are “normal” weight, apparently, your body believes you need to lose 10 - 15% of its weight to put your Type 2 diabetes into remission.

Strangely, eliminating diabetes is tied to getting rid of your fatty liver and pancreas.

The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List

This potentially high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to implement for your benefit.

Now keeping a new list (“Common/Top Issues”) for conditions expected to only concern at least 1% of the population. Ask to be on either the “Common/Top Issues” or “Everything” list.

Please email or private message me if you want on or off of a list and of which list you desire.

Keeping a diet high in plant protein and no processed foods is key to eliminating diabetes.

Its not strange if you think about it.

Lots of refined sugar/white flour carbs, are about as bad as drinking alcohol to your liver. This can cause liver damage and cirrhosis of the liver.

Lots of refined sugar dumped into your body quickly is a serious event your bosy has to deal with fast to keep your blood sugar levels within a decent range or you go into a diabetic coma. So its very stressful on the pancreas.

This is knowledge well known for years, yet even in the wake of this ‘new study’ we will still have an epidemic of obesity & impaired health.

I’m convinced that I have the answers to many questions of lingering debate - to include this persistent health ‘crisis’ affecting a growing percentage of the populace - but can’t share until I publish.

During WW II, type 2 diabetes essentially disappeared in London.

Yeah, it isn’t about low carbs, it is about low calorie and exercise/activity.

There are some Doctors that have known this for years. Main Stream Doctors ignored them because it puts too much power into the hands of individual patients, after all....”It’s about the village”

Type 2 can be sent into remission by (1) eating sensibly, and (2) resolving the body’s deficiency of two enzymes: vanadium and chromium.

BigPharm has zero interest in telling you that, or pursuing naturopathic treatments.

A relative is 5ft 6 inches. She ballooned up to 180lbs. She never had diagnosed diabetes, but one day she had severe diabetes symptoms, such as painful legs and unquenchable thirst. She immediately went on a strict low carb diet. Got down to 115lbs within 7 months. No more diabetes symptoms.

Her main book/bible is this >> Dr. Bernstein’s Diabetes Solution: The Complete Guide to Achieving Normal Blood Sugars Hardcover – Illustrated, November 1, 2011

“...the gradual reintroduction of normal foods...”

This was terrible advice. “Normal” foods are the cause of diabetes. I call them slow poison. They taste good but they aren’t good for you.

Best I can tell, the words keto, carb, and/or carbohydrate do not appear in that article.

Looks like they want to dance around the issue.
