https://www.wikihow.com/Dehydrate-Eggs-for-Powdered-Eggs

I’m going to cook the eggs, dehydrate and then blend into powder.

I helped my mom can tomatoes once when I was a kid (her only attempt at canning). I never wanted to try again, it seems like so much work. And I always fear I’d mess up and my family would get food poisoning. Anyway. I always worked so didn’t have time or need for such activities. Now it’s just me at home, and I just freeze food occasionally.

I have dehydrated some herbs I’ve grown, and made Jerry. Give as gifts and it’s fun to do.

I see your directions now. What are you planning on doing with the eggs? I have several cans of dehydrated eggs, that was a waste of money. They’re pretty disgusting to try to turn back into eggs. And they don’t work at all with baking. The one thing I love them for is been using to coat batter on something. They are much easier to use than real eggs which tend to Clump up a bit. Of course I don’t need all these cans just for that.... maybe I can send you some and save you some work

Are you going to hard boil the eggs?
Do you have a dehydrater to dry out your stuff?
