India buys oil from the middle east. India is not dependent on Russia for oil. Even for weapons, India started buying weapons from France and USA. Plus with Russia, they are busy transferring technology to India.

...............

Regardless of what you believe, India is choosing sides. Gravitas , an Indian news site does excellent documentaries unlike the lame stream media here. Here is one of Lavrov in Delhi.

Gravitas: Russia praises India's neutrality on Ukraine

Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov 'appreciated' India's neutrality in talks with S Jaishankar. Lavrov also pushed for a rupee-rouble trade system, terming Western payment systems as unreliable. Palki Sharma tells you more.

Here is an alternative news site that shows another side of the Ukraine story, unfiltered by the MSM. Things are not what they seem. Surprised? We should be used to that, eh?

Matthew Bracken @Matt_Bracken

[I've run across a Bitchute channel giving the Ukraine war perspective from the Russian side. No matter how you feel about Russia, Ukraine, Putin or Zelensky, it's wise to consider the POV of the other side, if only to be more informed so that you can make better judgements. Even an anti-Putin anti-invasion Ukraine supporter should see what is filling the TV screens back in Russia. It's nothing at all like the full-blast "Ukraine is winning, Russians are being wiped out, go Ukraine" propaganda we're getting 24/7 in Europe and America.]

Rupee -Ruble trade but not a Yuan -Ruble trade.

The India-USSR relationship goes back to the 1962 war. Reliable partner.

In my mind, remaining neutral is not taking sides.
It seems the US is playing schoolground games, trying to force every country to take their side.
