Manchin reiterated what he said earlier this week: Immigration reform should happen 1st
"Until we have comprehensive, bipartisan immigration reform that commits to securing our borders and providing a pathway to citizenship for qualified immigrants, Title 42 must stay in place.”
There's some talk going on among Durbin/Cornyn/Tillis on immigration reform but there's no reason to be more optimistic at this moment that they'll get a deal

Yes. He had surgery, in Israel, to remove a tumor near his heart, last year (?).
