Everybody wants power. Upbringing, intelligence, and education and a bunch of other factors, determines what you do with it.
A kindergarten teacher has power and that may be the pinnacle of their desire. They can use it for good or evil.
This scum chose evil. They suck.

That is pretty much what I have thought for a long time. There are also those that were the bullies in school, and they just continued as adults.
