I don’t know why, but your post made me laugh when my mind went down the road where Trump runs for office again, and the Left says “HE WON THE 2020 ELECTION BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE CHEATED SO HE IS INELIGIBLE FOR ANOTHER TERM!”

Remember when the Soviet Union was allied with the Nazis in their quest to carve up Poland, and the American Left took to the streets in droves to oppose US entry into the war...then, when the Nazis launched Barbarossa, those same people were, within minutes of the news, agitating for the US to jump into the war with both feet!
No explanation, no “Oops, my bad”, nothing! Just a shameless 180 to advance their goals!
Actually, it wasn't that quick. U.S. communists were so micromanaged by Stalin, it took a couple weeks. Because Stalin was so depressed by Hitler's betrayal, he holed up in his dacha. U.S. communists were still calling FDR an imperialist until word came down from Stalin.
