This recall was triggered during preliminary testing and these doses were not distributed to the public. This happened in Australia and does not apply to the vaccines in the US.
The 50 million pulled was AZD1222 Oxford–AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. They used the same processing as B.1.1.7 manufactured in Australia.
