Is this where the discussion of '86' began? I feel rather silly now. This is a serious matter and I'm arguing semantics.
Our enemy has always played for keeps. We've operated under the mistaken impression that decency and fair play were essential elements of political discourse. Our enemy knows it's blood sport.
We must fight back.
Normal people need to be elected to their local school boards. Concerned parents need to get involved and elect entire slates of similar minded people to these boards and throw the careerists out on their ears!
