In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 03/24/22 Vol.399, Q Day 1609, Pete from Shawnee Mission wrote: C210N: I do not think that you should be promoting Sovereign Citizen seminars on the Q thread. I think that everyone here has a big enough Q target on their backs without getting involved in Sovereign Citizen issues. There have been a number of Non Q FR Threads regarding this subject if someone wants to search for them.
If the FBI (And I am not saying that you are FBI) wanted to snag regular citizens as terrorists this might be a good way to do it. (See MI and G Whitmer kidnap plot)
Even if you do NOT file your 1040 as a sovereign citizen not subject to taxation you do not want to go to a seminar and end up on some federal "Need to investigate" list. Nobody wants to have FBI or Armed IRS agents showing up at your door to ask questions (Probably should not talk to them.) and then have to spend retirement money to hire an attorney because the FBI wants you to come down to the office to "discuss things".
This is essentially the Governments position on this subject expressed in the context of tax law.

Good post, Pete.
C210N, Sovereign Citizens did surface as a topic about 1.5 years ago (give or take a year) and I have requested that such content be posted independently of the Q threads.
Pete is also correct about the FBI's use of Sovereign Citizenship as a wedge issue. Whistleblower Ryan White and others with the FBI were deployed by the Agency to infiltrate a patriot group, turn them toward Sovereign Citizenship and weaponize them.
On an FBI bulletin titled "Domestic Terrorism" you can read how the FBI has positioned that group as extremists and a significant actionable threat to national security.
"Today, we look at a third threat—the “sovereign citizen” extremist movement. Sovereign citizens are anti-government extremists who believe that even though they physically reside in this country, they are separate or “sovereign” from the United States. As a result, they believe they don’t have to answer to any government authority, including courts, taxing entities, motor vehicle departments, or law enforcement.
This causes all kinds of problems—and crimes. For example, many sovereign citizens don’t pay their taxes. They hold illegal courts that issue warrants for judges and police officers. They clog up the court system with frivolous lawsuits and liens against public officials to harass them. And they use fake money orders, personal checks, and the like at government agencies, banks, and businesses.
That’s just the beginning. Not every action taken in the name of the sovereign citizen ideology is a crime, but the list of illegal actions committed by these groups, cells, and individuals is extensive (and puts them squarely on our radar). In addition to the above, sovereign citizens:
FBI — The Sovereign Citizen Movement
With so much going on now (it's habbening), embracing that content on the Q thread would serve to dilute our efforts and falsely identify us as 'dangerous'. There are indeed threads on the forum devoted to that topic, and if you choose to post one, you may find several others share your interest. I'm glad the topic surfaced as many have joined us since the last time that movement surfaced on our threads, and this way we can address the concern up front.
I apologize for wading into this discussion. I didn’t realize the implications for myself and others here and after doing a small amount of research, I found myself growing nervous over it.
I will not post about it again.
In addition to the above, sovereign citizens:
Commit murder and physical assault;
Threaten judges, law enforcement professionals, and government personnel;
Impersonate police officers and diplomats;
Use fake currency, passports, license plates, and driver’s licenses; and
Engineer various white-collar scams, including mortgage fraud and so-called “redemption” schemes.”

Regular old plain jane citizens do this too. As do DS citizens, and the citizens of TerraMar.
