I posted the link to show the documents required. I wonder if any of those are legitimate forms ? Kinda wacky.
Again, I’m still not sure how Form 56 fits.
IRS From 56 says: Do not use Form 56 if you are notifying the IRS that you are the authorized representative of the taxpayer. Instead, use Form 2848, Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative.
Form 2848 is also used for revocation of power of attorney
Also, the FBI considers “Sovereign Citizen” movements as domestic terrorism.
The “about” is interesting: https://www.mystatusselect.com/about-us/
I’m going to drop out of this discussion, but will follow it.
Thanx

Yes, those “state national” website forms are ‘off’.
And the IRS form 56 doesn’t apply at all to what the “state nationals” are trying to do.
Many thanks for the digging on this, especially the F B I link; it’s from 2010, well before the school board meeting brouhahas.
Pinging other folks in the discussion.
One of the names in the About Us section of that “state national” website is “Judge Anna Von Reitz”, AKA Anna Maria Riezinger:
I found a court case where she’s mentioned in conjunction with a “state national” defendant.... Defendant lost:
