1 - they have to do their job. They may have to be reminded to *do their job*. It is to record. Note, there are humps in the road to reclaiming status under the original Constitution. Both Bobby and David talk about this. THey talk about how to deal with intransigence. These recorders are public servants. They have supervisors, also public servants. They either work for us, *AS CITIZENS*, or they don’t. In their job *AS CITIZENS* to us, as a CITIZEN, to work for us. Bear in mind, this process involves multiple hats we can wear.
2 - the only outlay of funds I’ve made is a seat in an in-person seminar, where some hotel charges for a seminar room for a weekend. I’m aware of sales to putting together documents as a service. I am not, so far, aware that is any pre-requisite. I’m of the mindset this is all possible, with the only outlays being possible recording fees by counties, and perhaps of USPS postage of filings. Some things are done in person at a county level. The problem I see with obtaining a package of documents is that by leapfrogging, you may not get the necessary confidence and underpinning knowledge of what each step means, and what it does.
There are a dozen distinct steps, with an order, a sequence, to obtaining your ASN passport. There is an ordered checklist provided on their website, that I’ve been on, that is accessable as part of having attended a seminar.
David Straight has numerous recordings of his seminar on YT. Looks like a 5-part seminar in Utah is online. This of course is there for the viewing of those interested. Obviously, viewing on YT does not provide access to their website. My guess is the pay-for-a-package might be in line for folks that go the YT route.

I’ll note that Bobby, whose seminar I attended, gave up his day job to do lectures and seminars full time.

My comments-
***Bobby gave up his day job??!!??***
Regarding ASN passports,
1)What does someone use it for, obtaining other documents?
2)What has happened when someone using one has gone into Mexico from a pedestrian bridge and then come back?
Have they been refused re-entry to the US and had to use their US passport?
3) costs...
$90 for a seminar, plus recording fees etc may bring it up to $100.
A new or renewal US passport is $130; spending $30 extra would be better than getting stuck in Mexico.

I agree. But this is not an easy path you can buy from a kit. You must know it and live it.
A charge for the seminar or help with filling out and filing the forms in a proper sequence is not problematic to me. I get help on legal matters from those who know and understand the process for taxes, buying a house etc...
The question is whether this is a legitimate path that people can follow to a successful end.
