Don't you think President Trump and his lawyers would have scouted out the legal landscape looking for the most favorable judges to hear the civil suit before filing it? Or, as I thought last evening, it is part of the plan. Introduce evidence, have a liberal judge rule against Trump, and infuriate the American public even more.
