Like income tax codes & statutes?
Laws apply to People. Law crimes require there be harm to somebody. God’s law (plus the original documents, Declaration and Constitution).
Statutes, codes, ordinances are man-made - they apply to citizens, or people of a corporation. A crime can be committed without a victim, they are legal violations. Like speeding. Like not paying taxes.
What’s legal is not lawful. What’s lawful is not legal.
An ASN is in the USC - US Code.
To become a Sovereign People, one must under civil codes, USC, become an ASN, to ‘legally’ not be subject to those civil codes. At the same time, one reclaims their birthright as a ‘People’ of ‘We the People’, subject to God’s laws.
