A “sovereign citizen” is an SMU term. (’something’ made up).
You are either a sovereign People of We The People, or you are a citizen of a corporation, a person.
The first part, I can agree with - American State National is a State National in the US (excluding DC, Hawaii and Alaska).
Allodial titles do work, although it is my understanding it HAS TO BE DONE right, or one can get in ‘hot water’, as you indicate. One must become free before dealing with titles, and alloidial titles.
Anybody wanting to be free using that American State National method ought to first research Alecia Pennington of Texas.

The title obtained under bringing forward the Land Patent can be done, but for one not fully extracted personally from the encumbrances of the “contract” society (to coin a phrase) the main thing it does is make the property extremely difficult to convey under a loan structure because it becomes unalienable (unable to have a loan collateralized against it) unless you wet ink signature a contract on it.
You might get drug off it at gun point, but lenders aren’t going to lend against it without something ironclad that will convey the asset in default circumstances.
The problem with EVERYONE that loses all their stuff in going these routes isn’t that they don’t work, but that those people are ALWAYS trying to weasel out a beneficial angle, to get something for nothing, a free lunch.
I’ve looked into it with regards to my Nevada section, and BLM said yes, you can bring the patent forward. But at this point it’s not a hill I feel I need to make a stand on because my property tax has fallen for the last 4 years in a row, to $32.50 last year, on 643 acres. I’ve paid for it in Lawful money, and I’ve always paid the taxes designated as such (Postal money order, or in person and noted as such). My Grant deed from the seller even stated “Will pay to the seller $10 Lawful Money of the united States and such other consideration as agreed upon”, which in my case was an additional $XX,X90.00
For every respectable person driving a well kept automobile that’s unregistered and labeled as such there’s 100 drunken gap tooth Jeeters driving piles of crap with a VIN still in the system and a paper “license plate” hand scrawled on the back claiming they aren’t subject to jurisdiction. Every one of those ends up being the “example” cited to deter the responsible inquirer about the process.
Money’s the same way. It’s “Bi-Monetary”. Two mediums of exchange evolved out of the FEDs creation. Federal Reserve Notes, and Lawful Money of the united States. The ONLY reason he ended up losing a case was due to getting greedy and wanting to value his home in Lawful Money for tax, titling, etc..., then wanted to take out an FRN loan on it for the FRN valuation.
If you have to have shiny things, lots of bling, and live extravagantly then you probably should save yourself some grief and stay in the FED matrix, they will loan you money to their hearts content. If you aren’t hypnotized by all that, do your homework and work outside their system or keep assets outside of their system from being comingled.
