Navarro, the committee has asserted, was involved in efforts to delay the certification of the 2020 presidential election results during a special session of Congress and sought to change the results, according to a committee press release.

Washington Examiner writes:
Scavino, who served as the White House deputy chief of staff, was subpoenaed last year. He was among the first people the committee subpoenaed when it began its work.
In a letter last September, the committee pointed out that Scavino had conversations with Trump the day before the riot took place about efforts to thwart certification of the 2020 election.
He sued the panel to try and stop the committee from obtaining his phone records from Verizon.
