That’s odd. Yesterday I read gas was stopped because Europe refused to pay in rubles. Maybe they started paying in rubles. If I find anything else I’ll post. The Reuters article doesn’t mention the payments, which is sort of odd.

I’m not on Telegram, so I don’t know their procedures. I’m not even 100% sure about what you’re trying to do - upload an image to Telegram on your own account? I’d start by downloading the Telegram app from your phone’s specific App Store. Once it’s downloaded, open your phone’s camera and position the view over the bar code that Telegram sent to activate the app. Forgive me if these guidelines aren’t useful. I don’t know what kind of phone you have and I’m fuzzy about what you’re trying to do and where you are in the process.
