I feel like the sovereign citizen movement may use a few incorrect words. For me, I don’t believe we’re under admiralty law, we’re legally bound under British Common Law. “Judges” are called “Your Honor;” that’s royalty. I think “judges” are today’s lesser nobility - you “rise” when they “hold court.” Who else held court a long time ago? Royalty did. “Rising” is modern theater, having replaced kneeling so the normies don’t start to think “hey, this doesn’t seem right...”
I’d love to see someone with the balls to get on a knee and say “my lord” when the “judge” walks out. Hopefully they’d have a stroke right there.
We have BOTH admiralty law and common law court procedures.
If a citizen violates a code, statute, ordinance... crimes without a victim, it is addressed under Admiralty Law. These are contract violations.
If ANYBODY, citizen or People, harms another - there is a corpus dilicti, a body of a crime - corpse, burnt home, etc, then this is addressed under Common Law.
