Regarding ASN passports,
1)What does someone use it for, obtaining other documents?
2)What has happened when someone using one has gone into Mexico from a pedestrian bridge and then come back?
Have they been refused re-entry to the US and had to use their US passport?
3) costs...
$90 for a seminar, plus recording fees etc may bring it up to $100.
A new or renewal US passport is $130; spending $30 extra would be better than getting stuck in Mexico.

IRS From 56 says: Do not use Form 56 if you are notifying the IRS that you are the authorized representative of the taxpayer. Instead, use Form 2848, Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative.
Form 2848 is also used for revocation of power of attorney
Also, the FBI considers “Sovereign Citizen” movements as domestic terrorism.

Yes, those “state national” website forms are ‘off’.
And the IRS form 56 doesn’t apply at all to what the “state nationals” are trying to do.
