Please keep in mind that the Trump won the state 56.38% versus 37.87% for Clinton. Greitens did not keep all the Trump voters and won his election 51.1% versus 45.6% for Koster, so over 5% of the voters were more unsure of Greitens than Trump. Since Trump is not running in the mid-terms, Greitens has no coat-tails to help him.
Let’s have some debates among the candidates before we harden our positions.

I’ve been thinking about that hard for the last 18 months - why did the other side want Biden as the candidate so badly? He was so heavily compromised and mentally incompetent. I came to your conclusion after January 6 once I fully processed that our side wanted him because he was the gate to the others’ crimes because he WAS so heavily and provably compromised. Through Biden, I think they can get Kerry, Romney, Obama, etc., some of whom might not have been “gettable”.
The other side may have been thinking that, as a candidate and then as president, Biden would be untouchable since they could spin attempts to prosecute him as political retaliation. If their side could install him, they could maximize use of the intelligence community and DOJ to insulate themselves from exposure of their own crimes and betrayals. I’m not 100% sure of any of that, but nothing about Biden being chosen makes any sense otherwise.
