Sounds like the Ukrainian Offensive on Kherson tonight is Confirmed.
Ukrainian Forces are beginning a Large Scale Southern Offensive from the City of Mykolaiv and from the North involving Heavy Armor, Artillery and Air Assets towards the Russian Occupied City of Kherson and its Airport.

I noticed that. Lots of Ukrainian towns have been destroyed by Russian shelling and bombing, but they did not have any Azov connection. If Azov is Nazi, let it have a fight to the death with the Russian Nazis of the Sparta Brigade; and maybe they will both wipe each other out. This excuse of “de-nazification” of Ukraine was bullshit, and pretty much everyone knows it. And, what’s ironical is that Putin himself is far more of a fascist than anything else. Putin described the Ukrainian leadership as “Nazis and drug pushers.” Too funny, since Zelensky is Jewish. As for the drug pusher label...well, who knows? And, of course, Putin said he was sending in his army as a “Peacekeeping Force.” So, he attacked and bombed and shelled Kiev, far to the west of the Donbas where the “peacekeeping” fiction may have fooled some people. Russia attacked Ukraine in 2014 (though certainly not to the extent of this year’s invasion). And, it says it is the PEACEKEEPER?

How exactly do you know that Putin is trying to salvage what he has? His military intentions are actually unknown except to keep the Ukes from joining NATO. Unlike our government, he does not publish his strategy on worldwide media.
Will it be long? It depends on what you call long. My best guess is it will be over by the end of April or sooner. Certainly much, much shorter than our invasions of Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan, which did not turn out too well — regardless of intentions. On top of that nothing was salvaged. In fact, it was just the opposite.
Russia will achieve the goal of keeping the Ukes out of NATO and he will gain independence for the east of Ukraine. Who knows what will happen to the rest and who really cares? Maybe the “big guy” will be broken-hearted, but that’s about it.

Abkhazia is notable as the region that attempted to break away from Georgia after the dissolution of the USSR in 1991. That conflict led to the Russian invasion of Georgia in 2008. Parallels to the Donbas and Luhansk regions of Ukraine are stark. In 2017 ANNA moved its head office moved to Moscow, And "Abkhazian" was changed to “Analytical”. You can believe what you want, but videos from a Russian "news" outlet are not likely to do anything but present Russian government propaganda.
What’s funny, too, is Russia and their fellow travelers accusing Ukraine of things they have done many many times but worse in their history. Like taking umbrage at Russian not being an official language in Ukraine in 2014 while ignoring Russia’s ugly history of BANNING the languages of subjected peoples. It’s such a typical leftist tactic. Sad, really, to see conservatives use it.
Now, reportedly Ukrainian book burnings have already started in occupied Ukraine. Naturally, teachers there have been informed that Russian is now a required language in schools. Russification and genocide of the Ukrainian people is the obvious goal here.
