I heard they were good boys, aspiring rappers, and were just getting their careers started and their lives turned around.
They were on their way to Grandma’s House, but they got confused. They MEANT to kill their OWN Grandma, not this lady, so they’re not guilty.
The parents of these fine, upstanding citizens are suing the police for false imprisonment and are expecting a HUGE payday. They’re also suing the victim’s family for defamation.
How close did I get to the ‘usual suspect narrative’ thrown our way when thugs kill at random? ;)

I know they’re white thugs from Iowa. They’re not going to get any breaks! *SNORT*
I know the city where this happened - Fairfield Iowa. it’s in the southeast part of Iowa and is home to Maharishi Intl university and many practitioners of TM live there.
It’s an odd town because it’s very rural Iowa in nature but yet you can see the influence of TM has crept into the town, socially, financially and architecturally. From previous visits there, I get the feeling that the TM’ers and the locals don’t mix well - although the town has benefited from the increase in tax base with new stores and restaurants opening.
TM’ers are not violent by nature so I’m sure these kids were likely not part of that movement - but with so much unknown out there, anything’s possible, I guess. I’m thinking these two dirtballs are probably low-level white trash from some low-level white trash family in town.

but they were turning their lives around. they wee going to marry all the girls they got pregnant. They were starting divinity school. they were going to get a job, somewhere.
They are really good kids. it was the ‘man’ that has kept them down and prevented them from achieving their lofty goals.
