The Yankees and Mets should threaten to permanently move out of NY. The Blue Jays should move out of Canada right now and stay in Buffalo.
In fairness, NYC could call their bluff. Part of their value is being in NYC. Cohen and the Steinbrenners aren't going anywhere.
