but lets face it....we've seen some absolute dumbos get their law "degree" one way or another and then they appointed to judgeships because of their skin or politics....
many of them are stupid and agenda driven....
Maybe, just maybe, Justie Breyer is watching this circus and will soon tell the Dems to “shove it, I’m staying on the Court ‘til I die, ala Ginsberg.”
