Nothing to do with atheism at all.
Hollywood and other story tellers have popularized the idea that humans become angels when they die. But that is not supported by scripture at all.
Biblically, angels are created beings, and as adult males. The vision of angels as women is not Biblical either.
Little Sharon has been safe inn the arms of Jesus since the day she died, but she did not become an angel.

I don’t know who came up with the idea that when we die we become angels. Human beings are not angels, nor do they become angels when they die. They are two separate kinds of beings. And no, that’s not an atheist thing, that’s basic Christian theology.

I feel the same way about people talking about animals crossing the rainbow bridge. It’s not something serious adults believe.

I apologize if I sound harsh, but we’re not children here.
