Sorry. Wrong thread in that last post. By the way, I thought this movie was outstanding and truly loved it. Sure I understand that it was making fun of us climate change denyers, but what’s funny is that in the movie their prediction came true, whereas in the real world all the climate change predictions full woefully short. Embarrassingly so. In fact. I thought it was a statement against all those people that simply accept climate change theory hook, line, and sinker. For me don’t look up is really, don’t look at the data.

yes. i perceived the movie don’t look up much the same way, as a ridicule of those who believe in climate change... a total opposite of what they intended.

i like your analogy of those not looking at the data. i will use that one in future discussions of the film. every time they tried to make something stick to conservatives, like meryl streep being a trump like president, they would introduce something like her with clinton and then she became a leftist shill.
