I think it’s safe to assume all the pilots are vaccinated.

It's not safe to assume that at all. Pilots are one group in particular who are determined not to take experimental treatments and risk health problems that would prevent them from obtaining a Class 1 Medical needed for flying as a civilian. I would expect most, if not all of them, having exemption requests pending review.

Keep in mind that most military pilots are Guard and Reserve who also fly as civilians. Such pilots are more likely to leave the military if necessary to protect their civilian flying careers.

“I think it’s safe to assume all the pilots are vaccinated.”
“It’s not safe to assume that at all.”

I think a 90 something percent vaccination rate qualifies for making an assumption.

“He added that 99 percent of sailors have received the vaccine, followed by 97 percent of the Air Force, 93 percent of the Marine Corps and that the Army “also is in the 90th percentile.”
