I think it was Kerry Cassidy that referred to the underground bio sites. Seems likely that’s where all the big stuff would happen,hard to tell. As for smuggling that is what Ukraine is famous for they smuggle everything in and out of the country,you name it drugs, people, weapons its all smuggled through Ukraine.
