Yes, Dec 2020 for first responders and medics.
The general public —65 and over— didn’t get them till January 2021; a close relative of mine that’s over 65 got his mid January.
Then as time went on, the age at which one could get the shots decreased.
I remember in early Jan 2021 at work someone asking me about shots, and I said I wasn’t old enough (I was 64).
