Agreed. I think everyone should have to take an advanced driving course before a license is issued. Expensive, but do you want to drive or not?
And they work, and are a heckuva lot of fun.
There's one in Colorado (Bridgestone?) that I considered some years ago. Taught by a female stunt car driver.
