Not really. Few here appreciate that a civil war began in 2014 with the Maidan coup, engineered by Nuland and endorsed by none other than Joe Biden. Their cronies are all now fabulously rich, with the Ukrainians having been screwed. This cannot be repeated enough IMHO.
